We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to coordinate clinical office activities and support the Practice Manager in ensuring smooth patient flow and adequate staffing. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with providers, patients, and staff to deliver outstanding healthcare experiences.

Education and Certification

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required.

Experience

• Two to three years of experience as an LPN in a physician office or outpatient clinical setting.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in learning and utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) within an outpatient environment.
• Physical demands include standing, stooping, kneeling, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to work under mental and physical stress while maintaining professionalism.
• Visual and auditory acuity necessary for patient observation and communication.
• Potential exposure to blood or other infectious materials requires adherence to safety protocols.
