Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to support a dedicated client account. This role will focus on managing outbound shipments to approximately 18 retail store locations for a newly onboarded client. Because both the stores and their management teams are new, accuracy, communication, and organization are critical to success in this position.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for growth into a leadership role.

• Coordinate and manage daily shipments to 18 retail store locations
• Inspect, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Ensure all labeling is 100% accurate and compliant with client requirements
• Measure pallets and verify shipment specifications
• Communicate with logistics providers to:
  • Schedule pickups
  • Determine truck quantity requirements
• Maintain detailed and accurate shipment records in internal systems and Excel
• Troubleshoot shipping or labeling issues proactively
• Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly with labeling and documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience overseeing or leading small teams (3–4 people) is a plus
• Flexible schedule required between 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Standard shifts are 8 hours within this window
• On shipping days, availability for the full operational window is required
