Job Title: BA/QA AnalystLocation: Mason, OH 45040Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days from home)Start date: 10/1/2026End date: 12/31/2026Length of assignment: Initial Assignment 2 months, will have opportunity for extensionIn order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.Job Description:The EMIT BA/QA Analyst supports the migration of sites from LDAP to Active Directory by defining security role requirements, executing and automating testing, validating deployments, and providing post-production support. This role follows EyeMed's SDLC processes for Business Analysis and Quality Assurance to ensure successful project delivery.Project Scope: Call Center, Retail, and Security applications migrating from LDAP to Active DirectoryRequired Skillsets:Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with experience in business analysis and quality assuranceDemonstrated experience in requirements elicitation and gathering processesDemonstrated experience in software testing life cycle activities, fundamentals of test architecture, test design principles for black-box and grey-box testingKnowledge of manual and automated testing for UI, back-end/batch and data conversion/ETLExperience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries to assist in data development and researchExperience in working in multiple test environments and management of test data across themStrong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projectsExcellent communication (written, verbal and listening) skills, presentation and documentation skillsStrong organizational/team-working skills with ability to coordinate in a diverse, xhyhwjd dynamic environmentExperience with project tracking systems such as Jira as well as Microsoft Office applicationsNice to have:Experience in implementing A.D. or A.D.
