Attorney - Litigation Professional Track

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Attorney to join its growing Proposition 65 practice in San Diego. This non-partnership track position is part of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group. Duties Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals. Produce high-quality work and respond to correspondence promptly. Meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. Comply with firm policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality in a law firm environment. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus. California state court experience is advantageous. Previous federal clerkship is beneficial. Education Juris Doctor (JD) Certifications Admitted to the California Bar. Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of residence, if not California. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure. Proficiency in managing multiple priorities.
