Lead the Line - Step Into a Production Lead Role!
Our client, a well-established cosmetics manufacturer, is hiring Production Leads to support and oversee packaging operations. If you’re someone who likes to stay busy, lead a team, and keep things running smoothly, this could be a great fit.
Location: Bristol, PA
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $22/hr
As a Production Lead, you’ll be responsible for keeping your assigned area running safely and efficiently while making sure orders are processed accurately and on time.
You’ll:
- Guide and support your team day-to-day
- Assign tasks and make sure coverage is where it needs to be
- Keep an eye on productivity and help hit daily goals
- Step in to troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
- Train new team members on processes and safety
- Make sure quality standards are met and maintained
- Help resolve inventory discrepancies and support audits
- Track performance and report updates to supervisors
- Previous experience in distribution, production, or quality (lead or coordinator experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, flexible, and a team player
- Overtime may be required, including weekends during holiday peak season
- Background check required
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Steady full-time hours
