Data Entry Analyst (AF FM)

Travel: Minimal Position Description: JTEC Consulting is hiring Journeyman level Data Entry Analyst with Air Force Financial Management (AF FM) experience to join our growing team working in support of the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) contract. Prior experience with SAF/FMFO Accounting Policy Operations is required. T his role requires someone who is a self-starter, self-motivated, and results-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Duties and responsibilities: Support SAF/FMFO Accounting Policy Operations and interact with DAF Major Commands and bases in support of the day-to-day operations of Financial Management. Analyze, reconcile, and correct necessary transactions to account for accounting discrepancies including missing contract mods, incorrect disbursements, missing accounts receivables bills, and D-to-O balancing. Navigate AF accounting systems and feeder systems to perform data entry and data correction. Analyze financial data using Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Power BI. Analyze and resolve accounting issues identified by FM customers. Provide support to the other teams within SAF/FMF, as needed, including surge and end of year processes. Provide targeted assistance to users based on metrics, recurring critical task results, and results of other data analysis. Other duties as assigned.
