Inventory Coordinator Location Chick-fil-A Pasadena, CA (1700 E. Colorado Blvd. Pasadena, CA) Hours Monday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM Pay $21 per hour Join Our Team! If so, we want YOU to be our Inventory Coordinator at Chick-fil-A Pasadena! What You’ll Do: Order & Manage Inventory – Accurately place and receive inventory orders using our ordering system. Inventory Counts – Complete inventory counts of over 300 products on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure accurate stock levels. Organize & Label Stock – Ensure all products are properly labeled, rotated, and stored for maximum efficiency and freshness. Maintain Accuracy – Keep track of stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock. Communicate Effectively – Work closely with leadership and team members to ensure inventory needs are met. Ensure Cleanliness & Compliance – Maintain a well-organized stockroom that meets Chick-fil-A’s high standards. What We’re Looking For: Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to learn and use our inventory ordering system Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members A self-starter who can manage tasks independently Able to lift and move stock as needed.
