Developmental Pathways in Orange County seeks BCBA professionals to deliver ABA services to individuals on the autism spectrum. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise a team of Behavior Therapists. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling, a hybrid work model (telehealth when appropriate), mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.
