Job Summary

Experienced sales professional responsible for generating revenue across Mancino’s gymnastics, ninja, cheer, and assigned product categories. Manage B2B and B2C opportunities through the full sales cycle using primarily phone, email, ecommerce, and virtual communication while also developing business through client visits and industry trade shows. Deliver responsive service, accurate solutions, and consistent follow-up from initial inquiry through production handoff.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage B2B and B2C sales opportunities across inbound phone, email, ecommerce, virtual, and proactive channels for gymnastics, ninja, cheer, and assigned product categories. Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, develop solutions, maintain follow-up, negotiate within approved parameters, and move opportunities through close while achieving established sales goals. - 45%

• Develop new business and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing customers. Conduct outreach, identify expansion opportunities, participate in client meetings and site visits, and represent Mancino at industry trade shows and other sales events requiring travel. - 20%

• Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, proposals, freight calculations, order confirmations, and system entries using approved pricing and processes. Coordinate complete production and fulfillment handoffs and resolve questions or changes throughout the sales process. - 15%

• Maintain complete and accurate customer, lead, quote, opportunity, and next-step information in the CRM and other designated systems. Manage pipeline activity, provide forecasts and sales reporting, and maintain consistent follow-up across assigned opportunities. - 10%

• Maintain strong knowledge of Mancino products, applications, pricing considerations, safety requirements, competitors, and relevant market trends. Partner with Production, Fulfillment, Marketing, and leadership to develop effective customer solutions and support sales execution. - 5%

Minimum Requirements

Education - Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Experience - 3+ years of successful sales experience, including experience managing B2B or B2C opportunities through the sales cycle and demonstrated success achieving sales goals; Background or experience with gymnastics, ninja, cheer, or other related field in some capacity

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales, pipeline management, customer follow-up, negotiation, and closing

• Strong knowledge of gymnastics, ninja, cheer and/or other related fields

• Working knowledge of quoting, pricing, order processing, freight considerations, CRM, ecommerce, and order-entry systems

• Strong customer communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales opportunities through different stages of the sales cycle

• Ability to sell effectively through phone, email, virtual, and in-person interactions

• Ability to interpret product information, pricing guidance, customer requirements, and sales data accurately

• Ability to resolve customer and process issues and collaborate across Sales, Production, Fulfillment, Marketing, and leadership

• Ability to travel to client locations and trade shows

• Confident, dependable, adaptable, and accountable

Preferred Qualifications

Education - Bachelor degree in business, sales, marketing, sports management, or a related field

Experience - Sales experience within gymnastics, ninja, cheer, sports equipment, recreation products, custom manufacturing, or facility-based sales

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Experience with inbound, ecommerce, proactive, and field-based sales activity

• Experience with custom-product quoting, freight, manufacturing or ERP systems, trade shows, client visits, and cross-functional production coordination

Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, use a computer and telephone throughout the workday, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations and industry trade shows, including overnight stays.
