We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Manager for a permanent, full-time day shift leadership role in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area .

  Salary: $90,000–$135,000 , based on experience

Position Overview:
\n The Respiratory Therapy Manager will oversee daily respiratory care operations, lead and support the RT team, and ensure high-quality patient care while collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership.

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n

  Completion of an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program

\n
• \n

  Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential

\n
• \n

  Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Respiratory Therapy
  \n (Supervisor, Manager, or Director level)

\n

\n
