Responsibilities

Kforce's client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A in Englewood, CO.Summary:The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic business partner supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and executive decision-making. This role will lead budgeting and forecasting activities, develop financial models, deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis, and collaborate with business leaders across the organization.Roles and Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Variance analysis and financial performance reporting
• Revenue, expense, cash flow, and capital planning

Financial Modeling:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
• ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis

Reporting & Analytics:

• Executive and Board-level reporting
• KPI development and dashboard creation
• Financial statement analysis

Business Intelligence:

• Power BI and/or Tableau
• Data visualization and reporting automation
• Business performance analysis

Business Partnership:

• Executive stakeholder communication
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Strategic decision support and recommendations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• The ideal candidate has 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, advanced Excel skills, expertise in financial modeling, and experience with Power BI or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
• Experience with ERP, planning, and financial systems optimization
• Strong presentation and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
