Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Project Manager Iwith our large power and utilities client in Plainfield, IN. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension. Pay: $53.00 - $63.00/hr;W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship. Description: Primarily support the Transmission project management or Transmission development and estimating organizations with all project throughput tasks including but not limited to communicating, tracking, organizing, forecasting, project metric reporting, trend analysis and variance reporting. Responsibilities: Development meeting (Word/SharePoint) Take Notes Send out agenda Send out summary Action Item Tracker Dev Project Tracker (Excel/SharePoint) Add projects as they come in Update status Move projects to hand off/cancelled tab Verify data (sponsor, funding, etc) GLT Project Tracker Add projects Add/remove individual poles based on info from stakeholders Update status Move projects to hand off/cancelled tab Verify data SWORD All Access (Internal Risk Software) PCT All Access (Internal Project Creation Software) DPN Generation SharePoint Manage Access Maintain site Automate site/create workflows PowerBI Maintain Departmental PowerBIs and understand how to navigate Economic Development Assistant Track requests Coordinate delivery of estimates/schedules Generate one pager proposals with info from stakeholders Manage Emergent Projects Assist with GLT Project Development Assist with Program Development Interface with Portfolio Manager to ensure data coordination and movement of cashflows Background: Someone with technical experience (utilities/transmission etc) would be very beneficial Must Have Technical Skills: Excel Macros Pivot Tables Word SharePoint Maintain Departmental PowerBIs and understand how to navigate Very nice to have: PowerAutomate PowerBI development Education Requirement: Associates required, Bachelor’s preferred Mobility: Hybrid (Tue, Wed, Thu in office; Mon, Fri remote) Primary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affi...
