Exciting Opportunity for Family Medicine Physicians

Our organization is a physician-led multi-specialty group comprising over 650 providers, and we are thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity for a full-time or part-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO). This position allows you to join a dedicated team of 11 Family Medicine professionals in a brand-new, expansive facility exceeding 60,000 square feet.

We are eager to welcome a new physician to this location, and we encourage residents to apply. The work schedule for full-time positions includes:

• 34 hours of patient contact per week
• Flexible options for a 4- or 5-day work week

The call requirement involves shared practice call with other qualified Family Medicine providers, approximately 1:40.

Opened last fall, the Caldwell Health Plaza is a dynamic and fully operational facility that offers state-of-the-art healthcare services. Conveniently located off I-84, it serves community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. The Plaza provides a wide range of services for families, including:

• Extended Hours Urgent Care
• Family Medicine
• Pediatrics
• Occupational Medicine
• Diabetes Care & Education
• Sleep Medicine
• Orthopedics
• Heart Care
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Podiatry
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
• Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)
• Onsite Lab, X-ray, and Ultrasound

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
• Board certification, or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment
• Idaho medical licensure to practice in all areas of medicine
• Valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEA
