As a Full-Time Warehouse Selector at Upper Lakes Foods, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, expertly loading and unloading trucks, carts, and pallets to keep our products moving smoothly. Your role will involve restocking the warehouse to ensure we’re always ready to meet customer demands, all while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Requirements for this Warehouse Selector job To thrive as a Full-Time Warehouse Selector at Upper Lakes Foods, you'll need a blend of physical stamina and technical skills. You'll regularly lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, demonstrating your strength and agility while navigating the warehouse environment. Experience with industrial power equipment, such as powered pallet jacks and forklifts, is essential. Familiarity with computer systems to manage incoming and outgoing orders will set you up for success. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workspace, ensuring compliance with company safety and sanitation policies. Establishing effective relationships within the team and the wider community is key, as is the commitment to productivity standards. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months of warehouse experience will help you excel in this role.
