Fresco y Mas - 12107 Southwest 152nd Street - Responsibilities: Performs daily and weekly store walks, audits and ensures reports are completed to confirm product in-stock conditions are at company standards; Assists in the planning, and organizing of the inventory process, including reclaim, transfers, discards, and date checks to reduce shrink; Promotes trust and respect among associates by collaborating, promoting teamwork, and communicating company, department, and job specific information; Ensures company standards for safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation and productivity are maintained, and adheres to regulatory compliance requirements pertaining to food safety, USDA & COOL; Executes all product recalls and withdrawals in a timely manner while ensuring items are secured and removed from customer access
