About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a supportive rehabilitation team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and functional independence.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional mobility training, and other appropriate treatment techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to support optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, preventative care, and strategies for long-term self-management.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Promote a safe, welcoming, and supportive clinical environment.
• Participate in wellness and preventative care initiatives that encourage continued rehabilitation and healthy living.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvements in patient care.
• Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and professional development.

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Nebraska or eligibility for state licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient management skills.
• Experience with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical records and meet documentation requirements.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
• Basic proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare-related software.
• Outpatient rehabilitation or occupational health experience is preferred.
