Fraud Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402 OR Charlotte, NC 28202 (Hybrid)
Hybrid 3 days a week (preferably onsite M/T/W)
Duration: 6 months contract with possible for extension
Working hours 8-4:30, includes half hour lunch.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Writing and phone skills - Ability to clearly and succinctly submit written reports/documentation and communicate with agents and law enforcement via phone calls
- Attention to detail organizing work, updating data on spreadsheets, ensuring case documentation is complete
Job Description:
- Reviews customer and account data to determine if customer is the victim of Elder or Vulnerable Adult Financial Exploitation.
- Contacts internal partners as needed to ensure complete information for APS reports.
- Submits Adult Protective Services Reports via online forms, fax or phone calls to APS agencies and law enforcement. Documents findings in case management system and tracking spreadsheets.
