We invite you to join team TravisMathew. Roles and Responsibilities Analyze short- and long-range capacity plans by vendor and recommend actions to improve service and costs. Manage vendor forecast communication in partnership with cross-functional teams. Present summarized insights into go forward capacity plans throughout the monthly S&OP process. Analyze and communicate forecast variances in partnership with Demand and Supply Planning teams. Analyze and communicate factory performance and prioritize opportunities to reduce lead times based on results. Analyze yields and BOM data to suggest fabric purchases to level load finished goods suppliers. Partner with cross-functional teams on weighted gross margin reporting across product groups. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate supplier scorecards and on-time delivery. Technical Competencies Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERP. Proficient in PLM, preferred. Ability to analyze data / detail and perform structured decision-making. Ability to clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to travel, domestically and internationally. Deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Strong analytical and modeling skills. Strong organization and prioritization skills. Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Production, Supply Chain or related field. Minimum 3 years’ applicable analytical experience.
