Production Analyst

Description We offer *Longevity bonus *Perfect attendance bonus *7 Paid Holidays *401 K after a 1 year *Insurance after 60 days Summary: The Production Analyst is responsible for preparing, verifying and recording the information generated throughout the production process through SAP, in order to support cost management as well as other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Check and review cases produced in shift production summary reports and fix them if there are any errors. Ensure the production staff and production supervisors who complete the production paperwork are notifying the correct information. Production execution by batch in SAP daily. Notify process orders to the standard and advise the warehouse department of missing materials needed to make inventory adjustments and be able to consume them. Make Technical completed to the process orders after revised with warehouse supervisor that delivery cases and production execution have matched. Recap the week ending inventory for the mixing and pre-scale area and provide it to the warehouse supervisor. Work together with the warehouse supervisor in the inventory adjustment analysis. Identify and analyze deviations in the consumptions and compare them with the bill of materials. Notify Operations Manager of any adjustments needed to the Bill of Materials.
