Marketing Data & CRM Specialist (Hybrid)

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist in Chicago, IL area! The candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in a professional environment and will play a vital role in ensuring the marketing department runs smoothly. This is a hybrid role - 2 days in the office a MUST! Responsibilities Maintain and update marketing CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness across contact records and mailing lists Identify and consolidate duplicate CRM records to preserve database integrity Support list segmentation and data hygiene efforts in preparation for email marketing campaigns Maintain and update the firm’s marketing database including contact information, firm data and engagement history Field and route inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and website form submissions, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate CRM logging Manage and maintain marketing systems including the presentation templating tool, precedent presentation library, photo library, icon library, headshot library and standard slide library Ensure all asset libraries are current, properly named and consistently organized Convert legacy files and presentations into updated brand templates Assist in formatting and preparing PowerPoint presentations to firm standards Maintain marketing and business development file structures, applying consistent nomenclature and organizational standards Manage and update content on the firm’s SharePoint intranet including marketing pages, resources and team information Ensure file naming conventions and folder structures are followed across all marketing platforms and shared drives Run and prepare recurring marketing analytics reports including email performance, website metrics, LinkedIn analytics, content engagement and database health Compile and organize data from multiple sources including HubSpot, Google Analytics and LinkedIn into clean, readable report formats for the marketing team and leadership Support ad hoc reporting and data requests as needed Assist with special projects across the marketing and business development teams Provide administrative and operational support to the broader marketing team as needed Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows and enhance the organization of marketing resources Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting Requires advanced proficiency in PowerPoint Demonstrate ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr Judge Direct Placement
