Augeo Qa Analyst
Hello, we're Augeo, a global leader in enterprise-level engagement and loyalty platform technology, delivering compelling experiences and fostering meaningful connections for employees, consumers, members, and channel partners across many industries and verticals. We serve hundreds of clients, including 65 Fortune 500 companies, representing millions of end users. We are thought leaders and disruptors who think differently and creatively, built by entrepreneurs, operators, and innovators.
At Augeo, we're passionate about providing an inclusive workplace that values diversity and our sustainability initiatives. Everyone is welcome - our employees are comfortable bringing their authentic whole selves to work. Be you, reach your full potential.
We work hard, we play hard, and, most importantly, we care to our core about our teams and each other. We over-communicate around everything...especially while we navigate our new hybrid world.
This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality of Augeo's SaaS workplace engagement platform. An Augeo QA Analyst is responsible for testing changes to the platform to minimize the number of defects that get into production and partnering with others to perform acceptance, regression, and smoke testing. You will be helping to write test cases and test fixtures, perform test runs, and guiding automation engineers on the correct way to automate regression and smoke tests. You will also be expected to leverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency, using AI-assisted test case generation, defect analysis, and intelligent test prioritization to maximize coverage. Additionally, you will be acting as the gatekeeper for changes and a decision maker on what will be getting into our customers' hands on each release. You will be required to work within our change and test management tools and collaborate with Augeo's application and data development teams, as well as "the business".
An innovator who brings ideas to the table, works hard, tells your story, and builds new tech - someone who is a genuine collaborator who contributes to the team and helps accomplish amazing things in a high-energy and dynamic environment.
