Senior Hcm Business Analyst
Randstad client in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior HCM Business Analyst for a 12+ month contract role.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in SAP HCM or Success Factors (EC, TA, CM, PG, TM, LM, and ON). Preferred qualifications include exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to confidently present ideas to diverse audiences, ranging from project teams to executive leadership.
The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, curious, and driven individual with a genuine desire to make a significant impact. A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent is required. Additionally, possessing a business analysis certification from IIBA, IQBBA, or PMI (PBA, CBAP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Candidates with experience in lean, six sigma, or other process improvement methodologies will be given strong consideration. Any prior experience in the transportation industry is considered a valuable asset.
