Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have a wide array of responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments on individuals, couples, and families to identify mental health needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with clients, addressing diverse issues such as conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Developing treatment plans tailored to each client or family’s needs, integrating evidence-based therapies into your practice.

• Providing education and resources to clients regarding mental health issues and coping strategies.

• Documenting session notes and treatment progress in accordance with clinic protocols and state regulations.

• Engaging in ongoing consultations with other clinical team members to ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. Your focus may include issues such as alcohol abuse, physical or psychological abuse, blended family dynamics, communication difficulties, and job stress.
