Pay: $55 - $60 per hour Requirements License & Certification : Licensed dental hygienist Patient-Centric Approach : A proven ability to foster strong patient interaction and prioritize patient comfort. Clinical Skills : Proficiency in oral hygiene treatments and dental care patient counseling. Educational Background : Skilled in health education and counseling to empower patients in their oral health journeys. Licensure : Valid Dental Hygienist license for the state of Washington (Spokane Valley area). Job Description Clinical Excellence : Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance. Patient Education : Serve as a primary educator for our patients, counseling them on optimal oral health practices and home-care routines. Comfort Management : Prioritize patient comfort and ease throughout treatments to ensure a positive, anxiety-free dental experience. Practice Support : Collaborate with our single-dentist team to maintain office efficiency and contribute to a seamless patient workflow.
