Motivate and support retail initiatives to generate revenue and hit sales targets Help the Boutique Manager by participating and leading all activity that will improve sales to Prospects, Repeat and VIP clients. Responsible for setting the tone on the selling floor and significantly contributing to all sales and sales assists Set the tone for Exceptional Customer Service Support to manage the Boutique Team Support Boutique Manger in assessing the needs of the team Help to train and guide the team regarding Maison History, RNA policies and procedures and Product Knowledge Schedule the team to ensure proper coverage, according to needs of the business Help to guide the team in ensuring KPI’s are met Help to guide and motivate the team to reach their goals Provide regular performance feedback, coaching the team, and helping drive accountability and development. Ability to lead the boutique and ensure continuity of the business in the Boutique Manager’s absence. Help boutique manager to ensure that payroll and commissions are completed on time and follow company guidelines Support to Manage and Ensure the Proper Operations of the Boutique Help to supervise the safety and wellbeing of the team, clients and product by following all RNA safety and security guidelines Follow all Finance guidelines in accordance with RNA procedures and policies and ensures that the team is doing the same Comply with requests for reporting as required Manage and ensure all VM policies and procedures are followed in accordance with HQ and VM manager requests and guidelines Responsible for Continuous Client Acquisition and Client Development Ensure that associates are continuing to develop new relationships and hitting their KPI’s for client acquisition and client development. Ability to analyze individual and boutique performance, identify business opportunities and support appropriate action plans. Maintain VIP relationships and works with corporate to help build and engender these clients Develop loyalty by taking the client through our customer journeys Work with associates ensuring that they are using the CRM tools at their disposal Travel with clients to events and trips to the manufacture when appropriate Ensure that daily/weekly/monthly activations are being completed Develops and Maintains Relationships with the Community and with the Boutique’s Business Centers The Asst Manager should help to engender good relationships within the community Provide feedback regarding competition and an understanding of traffic WHAT ABOUT YOU? 5-7 years of management, preferred in luxury retail. Exhibits critical thinking skills and is strong in solution oriented. Having a “team player” spirit and the ability to work well within a group/team dynamic. Autonomous and with excellent interpersonal skills. Must be flexible to change and adaptiveness in work responsibilities. Excellent communication skills and other foreign language is highy appreciated. Proficiency with MS Office software required, proficiency with SAP preferred. Availability and flexibility to work: days, nights, weekends, holidays, store openings and closings, to meet the needs of the business.
