Therapy Lead Position

MetroEHS is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Therapy Lead to oversee the OT/PT/SLP program at our neighborhood clinic in Roseville. As the Clinical Lead you are in a unique position to demonstrate leadership and clinical excellence, support the Therapy Manager and Clinic Director, and help MetroEHS meet specified clinical and organizational goals in order to provide resources and support necessary to deliver the highest standard of compassionate, collaborative, care. The Lead Therapist leads by example, demonstrating and promoting clinical excellence for those we serve, and encouraging and empowering each employee to learn and grow their skills.

Your Impact

As a Therapy Lead at MetroEHS you will:

• Maintain or exceed the MetroEHS productivity expectations of 35 scheduled hours per week and 105 billable hours per month.
• Ensure all clinical documentation is signed within 48 hours.
• Ensure all staff is adhering to Metro mission/vision/values and Best Practice standards.
• Review and approve clinic incident reports in the Clinic Director's absence.
• Assist with Raintree support for clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Valid, current State License in the appropriate Discipline (OT, PT, SLP).
• Up to date compliance certifications (CPR, Safety Care, DWC certificates).
• Effective supervisory and communication skills.
• 1+ year(s) of experience including supervisory experience is preferred, however individuals with lesser experience will be considered, and will have the opportunity to be mentored in this position by the appropriate Discipline Director.
• Competence in a specific therapy discipline for effective evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention.
• Competence within EMR system.
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Active & Engaged Work Kneeling, bending and playing at ground level.
• Hands-On Support Lifting up to 50+ lbs may be required.
• Quick Reflexes Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.
• Loud or Noisy Environments Working with active children in dynamic settings.
• Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

• Full-time

Schedule

• Monday, Friday, 9am-6pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

Compensation

• Annual salary, based on experience and qualifications
• Potential to earn additional compensation in productivity bonuses
