Financial Services Litigation Attorney

Job Details We are seeking a litigation attorney to join a financial services‑focused practice handling a mix of regulatory, enforcement, and complex dispute matters. This is a non‑partnership track position offering exposure to a broad range of financial markets issues, with hands‑on involvement in both advisory and litigation work. Salary: $140,000 - $270,000 per year Responsibilities Support matters involving financial services litigation, regulatory enforcement, and compliance Assist with disputes involving trading practices, securities, and derivatives‑related issues Contribute to regulatory matters involving government agencies and self‑regulatory organizations Prepare and draft filings, submissions, and documentation related to registration and enforcement matters Collaborate with internal teams on investigations and related litigation Provide support on adjacent matters, including white‑collar and competition‑related work as needed Qualifications Approximately 3 years of experience in litigation, regulatory enforcement, or compliance Exposure to financial services, securities, or derivatives‑related matters preferred Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills Ability to work across both advisory and dispute‑based matters Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills Requirements Prior experience at a law firm, regulator, or similar legal environment Strong academic credentials Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced setting Admission to a U.S. bar or eligibility for admission Understanding that this role is not on a partnership track Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
