VP Marketing

DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead and execute the company's marketing strategy, customer acquisition efforts, and loyalty initiatives. This executive-level role will oversee brand development, digital marketing, customer retention, CRM, loyalty programs, and demand generation strategies designed to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.Lead all digital marketing efforts including paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, website optimization, and marketing automation.Own and evolve the company's loyalty and customer retention programs, increasing engagement, repeat business, and customer lifetime value.Oversee CRM strategy, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalized customer communications.Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI and business performance.Develop performance dashboards and regularly report on KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, retention, and loyalty metrics.Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.Lead agency relationships, vendors, and internal marketing teams.Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics, customer insights, and market research.Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.Requirements10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership experience managing teams and budgets.Demonstrated success leading digital marketing programs across paid media, SEO, email, social media, website optimization, and marketing automation.Strong experience developing and managing loyalty, retention, rewards, or CRM marketing programs.Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, customer journey mapping, and performance measurement.Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.Job typePerm
