Healthcare Facilities Director: Maintenance & Safety
Genesis HealthCare, Inc.
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Maintenance Director to ensure safe, well-maintained surroundings for patients and residents. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage records and budgets, and report directly to the Nursing Home Administrator to support compliant operations. The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, HVACR systems and a strong focus on safety. On-call duties are required seven days a week, around the clock, to respond to emergencies and regulatory #J-18808-Ljbffr Genesis HealthCare, Inc.
