HRBP

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and executing core human resources functions, including HR operations, compensation & benefits administration, and full-cycle recruitment. This role partners with business leaders and employees to ensure efficient HR processes, compliance with employment regulations, and a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Assist with full employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for all employees. Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters. Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting first-round interviews, and offer preparation. Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify potential candidate pipelines, benchmark talent availability, and support proactive workforce planning. Track and report recruiting metrics and HR operational data as needed to support HR decision-making. Promote and enhance employee experience by improving HR processes, supporting engagement initiatives, and ensuring positive interactions throughout the employee lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced in‑house HR generalist or similar role. Experience supporting HR operations, benefits administration, and recruitment. Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
