Head of Marketing

Abbott seeks a Head of Customer Experience and Brand Strategy to lead Lingo's marketing, brand positioning, and customer experience functions. This role shapes the product's market presence and value proposition within a startup-culture division backed by a global healthcare company.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve value proposition, brand positioning, and product strategy for global market success
• Oversee brand strategy, marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer service teams
• Manage in-house creative studio and gather consumer insights to refine positioning
• Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies across digital channels
• Partner with product and tech leaders to ensure customer needs are met and brand integration

Requirements

• 15+ years experience with 5+ years managing brand teams in C-suite/leadership roles
• Proven track record developing brand architecture with measurable top-line impact
• Experience shaping products based on customer insights and market research
• Strong leadership across multiple disciplines including marketing, creative, and insights
• Demonstrated success in high-growth, technology, and direct-to-consumer environments
• Background in health technology, sports performance, connected devices, or remote monitoring preferred
• Analytical skills with performance marketing channel experience and C-suite influence capability

Compensation: $218,700–$437,300 base
