About the Position

Our client is actively seeking a proficient Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day assignment in Arizona, commencing Sep 28, 2026. This role requires managing 8 AM to 5 PM shifts, focusing on comprehensive care for 20-25 pediatric and adult patients daily. The Nurse Practitioner will address a variety of low acuity cases, encompassing both urgent care and general outpatient family practice needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive medical care to 20-25 pediatric and adult patients daily.
• Manage a wide range of low acuity cases.
• Complete all patient charting accurately within 24 hours of the encounter.
• Perform procedures such as sutures, physicals, and wellness checks.
• Manage chronic conditions including high blood pressure and diabetes.
• Handle walk-in urgent care patients and provide general outpatient family practice services.

Additional Information

• Family Medicine Board Certification is required.
• Experience with Meditech EHR is preferred.
• The assignment is for an outpatient family practice and urgent care setting.
• A valid Arizona state license must be obtained.
• The expected patient volume is 20-25 patients per day.
