About the Position

06343M – We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide coverage at a Same-Day Walk-In Clinic with some Primary Care in Northeast Arizona! Mid September start for a 3 month assignment. With any unrestricted US State NP or PA license is accepted, and a quick credentialing process, you'll be able to move forward quickly with this assignment. Don't miss out on this opportunity!

Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens

Dates: Mid September – Mid December

Job Specialty: Urgent Care & Primary Care

Compensation: $90.00 hourly rate

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday – 8hr shifts (either 5/8s or 4/10s schedule accepted!)
• No call

Responsibilities:

• Patient Volume: Averages 8-12 per day
• Walk-In Urgent Care
• Some Primary Care

Position Requirements: 

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in any US State (must be unrestricted)
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum 2-years experience
