Roofing Inspector – Tyler, TX

Cable's Roofing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Roofing Inspector to join our team in Tyler, Texas . In this vital role, you'll assess potential roof needs for residential and commercial properties using both in-person evaluations and drone technology. You’ll gather critical information, diagnose roof issues, and help set the stage for impactful solutions — all while delivering top-notch service.

What You’ll Do:Roof Inspections:
Conduct inspections using ladder or drone technology
Identify and document roof issues (storm damage, wear, leaks, etc.)
Take detailed photos, measurements, and notes for scope development
Interpret insurance claims, scopes of work, and estimate needs (preferred)
Reporting & Communication:
Track and report daily KPIs (inspections, leads, follow-ups, etc.)
Maintain clear communication with sales and production teams
Ensure a professional, customer-first approach in every interaction
Roofing experience preferred (technical or estimating background)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable climbing roofs and/or operating drone equipment
Great communication and customer service abilities
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office and mobile inspection tools)
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Competitive and negotiable pay based on experience
W-2 or 1099 opportunities available
