What You'll Do

As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll wear many hats and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example and working all positions in the restaurant when needed.
• Delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining professional email communication.
• Hiring, training, and retaining an exceptional team of employees.
• Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Overseeing restaurant operations, including labor costs, health inspections, and overall cleanliness.
• Utilizing your proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and other computer programs to manage administrative tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining a high level of service.
• Working a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds and ensuring the restaurant runs seamlessly.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 5 years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Strong Kitchen Skills.
• A clean driving record and reliable transportation (your own car).
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (a plus!).
• Excellent customer service and email communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and other computer programs.
• A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to work all positions in the restaurant.
• A knack for hiring, training, and retaining top talent.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
