- Hospital-Based Outpatient Clinic - Full-time permanent position
- FREE in-network healthcare
- Qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Reimbursement (if applicable)
- Cross train in Acute Care
- All one-on-one patient care - No double booking
- Work with a multidisciplinary team - More than 10 full time PTs plus OTs, SLPs, and assistants
- Ongoing CEU and Certification support
- 4+ weeks PTO starting - PTO sell back program
- Diverse patient population - Mostly ortho with some strokes, TBIs and other neurological patients
- Custom long-term savings program
- 450+ Bed Non-Profit Hospital
- The primary focus is quality patient care
- Recently renovated in 2019
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
- Collaborative, team-building personality style
- Servant leader mindset
