Job Description

* Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction to closeout


* Control project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance


* Coordinate consultants, inspectors, and design partners


* Maintain quality standards aligned with luxury finishes and details


* Communicate clearly with ownership and high‑net‑worth stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

* 8+ years of project management experience in construction


* Strong background in high‑end residential or luxury projects


* Experience managing complex, design‑driven builds


* Polished, professional presence with strong client communication


Proven stability and leadership on marquee projects
