Job Description

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery of ultra high-end custom homes (10,000+ SF)
• Manage both ground-up construction and luxury renovation projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and budgets on complex builds
• Work closely with ownership, architects, and discerning clients
• Ensure premium quality standards, timelines, and client expectations are met

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience managing ultra luxury custom homes (not spec)
• Experience with large-scale residences (10,000+ SF required)
• Strong background in both ground-up and high-end remodeling
• Ability to manage demanding clients and deliver high-quality finishes
