We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our reputable construction team. As the on-site face of Gabriel Builders, you must always display our company's core values.

You must be able to interpret plans and specifications, create schedules, submit daily reports using detailed record-keeping, and follow through with care and timeliness on all requests and commitments.

Good communication is key as you must professionally and effectively communicate with subcontractors, trade partners, our clients, and with each other. We are proud of our reputation for cleanliness, so always keeping an organized and immaculately clean job site and truck must be prioritized. Key responsibilities also include daily project operations such as keeping costs within budget, assisting with bid packages, estimating, and foreseeing long-lead items due to the intricate nature of our custom homes.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years experience managing construction of luxury custom-homes, an impeccable work history, and an eye for detail.
