We currently have an exciting opening for an Operations Supervisor.Radial is the pre-eminent B2C eCommerce fulfillment solutions provider powering some of the world's best customer experiences, specializing in tailored, scalable eCommerce fulfillment solutions for mid-market and enterprise brands.Role SummaryThe Operations Supervisor will establish KPIs for each department in the warehouse. Manage all process and product-quality audits. Launch initiatives with teams to improve overall quality. Investigate sensitive cases. Provide Customer Service with crucial information to assist with customer interactions and cases. Supervise the day-to-day activities/mechanisms in accordance with the SOP's, holding a team of associates accountable to standards of safety, quality, and productivity.ResponsibilitiesActively contribute to the development of Radial direct reportsManage temporary workforceExecute on productivity and daily goals through execution to the Radial Operating ModelKeep a safe and clean work environmentAchieve and maintain compliance with all company and federally mandated regulations regarding Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOTResponsible for associate level of safety, quality, and productivity performanceSolve and respond to daily issuesPlan and coordinate shift activities for areas assigned within the fulfillment center to ensure adherence to all DC proceduresAssist Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy and quality are met for outbound activitiesEnsure that all shift personnel receive proper training, skill development, and assessment per company guidelinesRecommend and implement improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of employees for increased shift contributionImplement specific objectives and performance measures for all shift personnel to maximize productivityLead fulfillment special projects, as neededAccountable for achieving production objectivesMonitor all production and personnel statistics and reporting in support of the department's operationReinforce policy and procedure complianceParticipates in the recruiting and selection processConducts performance reviews and implements corrective action as appropriateImplementing performance improvement plans and disciplinary actionsInteracts with peers and related staff across all departments on the implementation of fulfillment strategiesQualifications:College Degree preferred; HS Degree/GED RequiredPrior experience preferred working in Warehousing, 3PL, Distribution or Manufacturing environment but not required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power PointBilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking, managing, coaching, and mentoring teams to be successful and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong process improvement skills (ability to develop and implement processes.Must have demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skillsProfessional verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of WMS is desired.Must be able to lift 50lbs.This position is not remote.
