Join Novolex as a Plant Utilities Maintenance Specialist

Who we are: A premier manufacturer serving foodservice, restaurant delivery and carryout, food processing, grocery/retail, and industrial markets. We produce packaging across resin, paper, molded fiber, aluminum, and more — spanning 120 product categories, 250 brands, and 39,000+ SKUs.

Schedule

6:30am – 3:00pm
Monday – Friday

Your Impact

Maintain safe, compliant facility conditions aligned with local, state, and federal regulations.
Assist maintenance teams with equipment cleaning and de-greasing to reduce downtime.
Operate scissor lifts and articulating lifts to reach overhead work areas.
Apply hand tools for small-scale mechanical tasks and adjustments.
Strictly follow lock out/tag out procedures.
Work independently with minimal supervision and wear proper PPE at all times.

Qualifications

Pre-employment assessments are required.
1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
