Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency; ABEM or ABEOM certification required (ABIM/ABFM not accepted)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: Active California license required; IMLC not accepted
• DEA: Required
• Fellowship: Required
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 15 days; temporary privileges available
• Other Requirements: Current CV must be uploaded with bid; clean file required
