Create Relationships. Drive Results. Andy Manchanda State Farm is looking for a high-caliber Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing agency. This is a true new-business sales opportunity for someone who is confident, competitive, motivated, and energized by the opportunity to create business. You will be responsible for connecting with new prospects, building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and turning opportunities into new business. This role is best suited for someone who understands that success in sales comes from consistent activity, strong follow-up, excellent communication, and the ability to confidently ask for the business. Our agency provides the leads and opportunities. Your job is to take ownership of them, build the relationship, and produce results.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a passive sales position. We are looking for someone who wants to be a producer. You will have the opportunity to work with new leads and prospective customers while developing your own sales pipeline. You will be expected to move quickly, follow up consistently, manage opportunities, and work toward clearly defined sales goals. Our sales approach is consultative, not pushy. They are people who can listen, ask the right questions, understand what matters to the customer, and confidently recommend the right solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work new leads and prospective customers provided by the agency. Make outbound calls and connect with prospects through multiple communication channels. Build relationships and quickly establish trust with potential customers. Identify customer needs through thoughtful, consultative conversations. Recommend insurance solutions based on each customer's individual needs. Generate new business across auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products. Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process. Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline. Move opportunities forward and confidently ask for the business. Meet or exceed established sales, activity, and production goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up, and sales activity. Respond to leads with urgency and professionalism. Collaborate with the agency team to maximize opportunities and support overall agency growth. Take ownership of your performance, pipeline, and results.

WHAT MAKES A GREAT PRODUCER

Is competitive and motivated by winning. Is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and initiating conversations. Understands that consistent activity creates sales opportunities. Is persistent without being pushy. Can handle objections and keep conversations moving forward. Is confident asking questions, recommending solutions, and asking for the sale. Takes ownership of their pipeline and does not need to be constantly reminded to follow up. Is motivated by goals, performance, and income potential. Can accept coaching and immediately apply feedback. Is organized and disciplined with follow-up. Wants to continuously improve their sales performance. Has the drive and ambition to grow into greater responsibility and leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven sales experience strongly preferred. Insurance, financial services, telecommunications, and high-activity sales experience is a plus. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with new prospects. Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team. Goal-oriented and comfortable being held accountable to measurable results. Coachable, competitive, and eager to improve. Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to starting.
