Field Assistant

We are looking for a Field Assistant to join our Cimsa Americas Team! This position is located in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities: Coordinate and complete daily duties such as preparing pallets, top hatches, filters for PD car operations, re-wrapping cement pallets, and industrial cleaning. Communicate with CCR operators to understand and operate machinery from the field. Coordinate with forklift operators for smooth dispatch operations involving box trucks and flatbed trucks. Manage silo truck operations in the field and communicate with the shipping office when necessary. Promote and maintain an environmentally compliant and safety-oriented plant following OSHA and company standards. Ensure adherence to plant rules and safety protocols during operations and maintenance to minimize injuries and incidents. Participate in weekly safety meetings and provide feedback on unsafe conditions or equipment issues. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent experience. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Awareness of working around moving equipment and machinery. Basic operational skills and aptitude. Effective communication skills, both giving and following directions. Strong time management, attendance, and punctuality.
