Required Skills 3+ years of experience working as an Escrow Assistant Proficiency in using SoftPro Strong financial management skills Excellent file management abilities Exceptional customer service skills Knowledge of compliance regulations in the escrow industry Ability to coordinate closing activities efficiently Proficient in document preparation for real estate transactions Strong communication skills with various stakeholders Nice to Have Skills Experience with verifying property details on documents Familiarity with preparing closing packages and documents for recording Previous interaction with insurance companies, lenders, and third-party stakeholders Ability to track file status effectively Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred Prior experience working in a real estate or escrow environment is a plus Other Requirements Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong organizational skillsAttention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
