Hiring Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1+ years of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: 2+ years of medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Required Certifications: BLS, HWC (available on-site), NIH.
• Personality Fit: Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care.
• Required Education: Valid RN certification/licensure to practice in Virginia.

Dress Code

• Scrub Color: Any color scrubs allowed.
• Unacceptable Attire: No casual wear permitted.
