Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Weekly pay

Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights

Responsibilities

Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Provide companionship and emotional support

Support community integration and participation in recreational activities

Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being

Document services and client progress accurately

Follow individualized care plans and behavioral support plans as needed

Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional relationship with clients and families

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional, Behavioral Health Technician, or CNA preferred but not required

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass required background screenings

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
