About the Role:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and resolve any service challenges.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
