Global Mobility Coordinator

Duration: April 2026 – April 2027 (with potential extension) We’re looking for a Talent Mobility Coordinator to join a fast-paced, global HR team supporting immigration and relocation operations across the UCAN region. If you have experience in U.S. immigration, global mobility, or HR operations , this is a great opportunity to work on high-impact programs in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day mobility operations including immigration and relocation cases Handle Zendesk/ticketing system workflows and ensure timely case resolution Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (immigration counsel, relocation partners) Prepare and review immigration documentation and mobility-related files Maintain compliance and ensure accurate data tracking in HR systems Support reporting, cost estimates, and process improvements ✅ What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in HR, immigration, or global mobility Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes (H1B, L1, visas, etc.) Experience managing complex immigration or relocation cases Familiarity with Zendesk, HRIS, or case management tools Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment ⭐ Nice to Have Background as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations professional Experience supporting global mobility programs Why This Role?
