About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with customers and clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Maintain accurate records of conversations, requests, and customer feedback
• Help organize schedules, appointments, confirmations, and reminders
• Assist with customer-facing updates and company communications
• Keep contact information and communication records organized and up to date
• Work closely with team members to ensure customers receive timely responses
• Represent the company in a friendly, polished, and professional manner
